These gooey S'mores Cookie Dough Bars combine everything you love about the classic, toasty, warm, and nostalgic campfire treat into one cookie bake. A fudgey and gooey cookie dough is layered over crunchy graham crackers, packed with chunks of dark chocolate, and filled with pockets of soft, melted marshmallow. Finished with melty Hershey’s chocolate on top, these bars have crisp golden edges, a chewy center, and the perfect balance between a classic chocolate chip cookie and s’mores.
A simple melted butter cookie dough is made and filled with chopped dark chocolate. A layer of graham crackers forms the base of the pan before the cookie dough is added.
