Hi friends —
Happy Friday! There is quite literally nothing better than a toaster strudel…it instantly brings me back to my childhood. And even BETTER?! A homemade toaster strudel — but make it peach, and it’s so much more satisfying than the ones from the box.
These Brown Sugar Peach Toaster Strudels start with a homemade puff pastry (or of course, you can use store-bought) that bakes up golden, flaky, and. butter with the most delicate layers that crisp and puff up just beautifully in the oven. If you’re hesitant to make homemade puff pastry…trust me, you’ve GOT this! This is a rough puff, so it’s extremely forgiving, and it’s one of the most satisfying things to pull out of the oven!
Then tucked inside each one is a warm, gooey brown sugar peach filling that is bursting with that sweet, jammy peach flavor and melts into every buttery layer. Baked until golden and finished with a maple vanilla bean glaze drizzled right over the top — they’re best served warm with a hot cup of coffee and just hit the spot in every single way. This one is SO worth it!!
🍑 The FULL recipe is up on the blog:
With love,
Kiley 🤎
