I wanted to share something new I’ve been working on that I’m really excited about.

Over the past few years, I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about how to better share what I see happening locally here in Santa Barbara, when I am seeing or hearing about something a lot, that can help more people, or at least be interesting. Not just real estate market stats, but the stories, people, neighborhoods, trails, beaches, diverse cultures that together make Santa Barbara so special.

So I finally launched my new Substack: Welcome to Santa Barbara.

It will include:

• local market updates and interpretation

• neighborhood and lifestyle insight

• trails, ocean, wine and design

• the people behind the homes of Santa Barbara

• practical information for homeowners

• And behind-the-scenes perspective as a local runner, volunteer, and mom and real estate advisor who cares about our community.

This is something new for me, and honestly a little nervous to put out into the world, but I’m excited to finally start sharing consistently & be the first local Santa Barbara realtor professional on Substack! DRE 002044953.
