How I keep the rhythm in the studio, even when I'm 9 time zones away

Wearstlerworld,
Hello from southern Tuscany, where I’m on holiday with my family… which has been so amazing and inspiring. But, nevertheless, my work and the studio don’t stop. We’re at a crucial stage in some huge projects and I want to stay engaged.
It doesn’t mean micromanaging.
It doesn’t mean it intrudes on time with my family… this I would never sacrifice.
But it did take me a while to master… how to be a creative leader always. I want to share what I think it takes.
