Maureen Fearon · WCH_British_Isles

If I’m honest, this is the kind of event I wish had existed decades ago. Not another inspirational talk. Not another sales funnel dressed up as a “free summit.”

But real skills, practical tools and techniques you can use immediately to shift how you feel, think and respond to life. That’s why we created this. Says Maureen Fearon WCHBI member.

Why We Decided on This Event

Around the world, people are struggling, quietly, privately and often without access to practical support. Many don’t know what options exist beyond medication or long waiting lists. Others sense there must be more they can do to improve their own mental and emotional wellbeing, and they are right. We want to open doors to solutions and the most positive results.

The aim is simple:

  • Introduce powerful, proven modalities

  • Help people understand how their minds and nervous systems work

  • Offer tools for trauma, stress, pain, sleep, emotional overwhelm, relaxation and personal growth

  • Empower people to make their best decisions, be confident and achieve more in life

No jargon. No gatekeeping. No fee. No selling courses etc.

Why “Skills, Not Frills”?

Because people deserve real help, as fast as possible. Too many “free” events are diluted and designed primarily to sell something at the end. This is different. The presenters are donating their time because they believe, like us, that knowledge should be accessible.

The intention is not to impress, (but it may), but to equip.

You may discover one tool that changes everything. Or several that become part of your personal toolkit for life.

7 Transformational Sessions

Transformation within the session which can be temporary or long lasting. Each session gives us something we can use in a positive way. We start on Wednesday 25th February at 7pm UK time, getting straight into trying a process.

1. MBIR Therapy with Tania A Prince

A solution focused technique, gentle yet highly effective therapeutic tool. Proven helpful for trauma, overwhelming emotional issues and more. Designed to work with the nervous system rather than against it supporting the natural mechanisms of the body.

2. Sleep Strategies with Maureen Fearon

Sleep is foundational to our wellbeing both physical and with mind matters. Without it, emotional resilience collapses and can cause issues with our mind function, how we communicate and our physical health and co-ordination. Continued poor sleep can be a serious matter so it is good to know what we can do if we need it. This session offers practical suggestions to improve sleep quality and restore balance.

3. EFT Tapping with Maureen Fearon

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) physical tapping on acupressure points releasing unwanted emotions and breaking unhelpful patterns. It is widely used for both emotional distress, physical pain, habit management, physical pain, aiding health recovery, removing blocks to creativity, success and so much more. Ideal, like MBIR, for people wanting results and rapid shifts.

4. Sound Bath with James Mayer

James Mayer, a music producer, founder of Life is Sound and a co-founder of the charity Mentell. James conducts deeply immersive sound experiences, including large, impressive events at venues such as Manchester Cathedral, one of the largest cathedrals and maybe the biggest sound bath audience in the UK.

Sound as you may know, has profound effects on the nervous system, often bringing relaxation and emotional release without effort.

7. Self-Coaching Skills Using NLP for Anxiety with Maureen Fearon

Neuro-Linguistic Programming is a huge body of understanding how humans operate and have the ability to change, adapt and influence for their best results in life. Often taught in high level sports individuals and teams as well as politics and corporate leadership and sales. Using frameworks, this session introduces easy to use tools to change internal responses and anxious states. Understand inner dialogue, break limiting patterns leading to feeling good and make more empowered choices. Learn conscious ways to manage unwanted states and how anxious patterns can be stopped, safely and long lasting. “There is a choice with anxiety”

3. Breathwork with Andy Walker

Breathing is one of the fastest ways to influence our nervous system. You may have heard of someone instruct “Take a deep breath” to another in emotional distress or raging anger. This session introduces how we can use simple symbols and colours for change, to calm stress responses and restore clarity.

7. Laughter Yoga

It may sound simple, but laughter has measurable physiological effects. Remember how good it felt to be laughing or after? After being told that laughter is more powerful than morphine, I have asked countless doctors and health specialists who have said responses such as:

“Probably”

“Yes in my experience. It does aid recovery but I have not seen a study that proves it.”

We will explore how intentional laughter can shift moods, reduce stress and more.

Hosted by Maureen Fearon

The event is hosted by Maureen Fearon of WCHBI.

Maureen is a behaviour and therapy expert who has spent decades helping individuals understand their choices, how they can change no matter what has happened in their past. She is a specialist in grief recovery and simply wants people to know the choices with their suffering. Her focus is practical empowerment: teaching people how to design healthier responses rather than feeling controlled by stress, trauma, or circumstance. The old saying Teach a man to fish and he will feed for a day. Teach him how to fish and he will eat for the rest of his life.” applies to Maureen’s aims, teaching how to self-manage and return to balance and feeling good.

A Rare Gathering

It’s uncommon to see such a diverse collection of modalities brought together in one accessible space.

Different approaches work and people have their preferences. This event allows you to explore, safely, openly and without a financial barrier.

Come as you are.
Observe. Participate in the comfort of your own space. Experiment.

You may leave with more than information.
You may leave with tools that change how you live.

All you need is yourself. Bring a pen and paper if you’d like to take notes, otherwise, simply join the online meeting, experience what’s possible and enjoy the benefits.

No jargon. No gatekeeping. No fee. No selling courses etc.

If someone wishes to donate as a gesture of gratitude, they’re welcome to of course as WCH is a voluntary not for profit organisation.

Access is open to all including therapy professionals wanting to expand their toolkit with safe, effective ways to help their clients.
