Warm opened for business last Summer — happy half birthday to us! — and we’ve been busy. Here are a few things worth sharing that have happened since June:
Since it’s a new year, it seemed appropriate to have a new website. You can take the updated warm.design for a spin. (Shout out to Lucas Descroix’s excellent Paraiso display font we’re using for headlines.)
We worked with energy startup Daylight to completely reimagine their identity, including a new mark, color scheme, typography system, and visual strategy for for marketing imagery and digital brand expressions. You can read the whole case study → warm.design/daylight
We began an ongoing working relationship with Arktos Life Sciences, a fascinating DNA/RNA biosciences outfit that’s pioneering better ways to manufacture recombinant proteins for testing and research (and if you know what all that means, you are way ahead of where we were when we first started talking with their team). We’re just getting started on their digital side, but you can see the in-progress case study → warm.design/arktos
We also worked on a new identity for Travoya, a travel assistant app from a solo founder. And a much-needed modernization of Ireland-based company formations… er, company Company Bureau’s nearly three decade old identity. Case studies incoming for those soon. We learned a lot from both.
We’re looking forward to this year, kicking off our next projects with new clients, continuing our work with Arktos, and committed to making things that are thoughtful, artful, foundational, smart, expansive, cohesive, opinionated, fun, human, sturdy, storied, textured, well-edited, and well-crafted. If you like things like that, we’d probably enjoy making them with you, too.
(And if you know anyone looking for that kind of brand and design work, we’d love to chat. The best projects and work always come from personal introductions.)
Warmly,
Joshua & Matt
