September was yet another very productive month for Wanchain, with new milestones reached, many integrations, and much more! Let’s dive straight in!

On July 1, 2024, we launched the Convert n’ Burn System, which converts bridge fees into WAN and allocates them to grow different parts of the Wanchain ecosystem.

Today, we’re pleased to report that this mechanism has helped us permanently remove 1,000,000 WAN from the total supply.

Here’s the current status of the funds accumulated by Convert n’ Burn:

Community Treasury - 4,023,285 WAN
Ongoing Operations - $634,088.237 across different tokens.
Bridge Nodes - 1,006,173.6 WAN
PoS Nodes - 1,006,173.6 WAN
Burned - 1,006,173.6 WAN
