👋 Hey, I’m Walt and welcome to Business, Marketing, & Mayhem - the only newsletter where Business, Marketing, and Coaching collide… in the best way possible.
Thanks for stopping by.
Three times a week, I write about stuff that helps you make more money, whether you’re a business owner, a marketing agency, or a coach looking to level up. Got a topic you’re itching to know more about? Just hit me up - I’m all ears.
Oh, and if you want the exclusive subscriber-only edition (yes, the good stuff), go here:
Some business owners treat their email list like a fancy vase.
It sits there.
They admire how many names are in it.
Then they do absolutely nothing with it.
Which is a shame because those names represent prospects, customers, and people who have already shown an interest in what the business offers.
Your list could be producing leads and sales.
But only if you email it.
You may already have more email opportunities than you realize.
For example:
New leads who need follow-up
Prospects who requested information but never bought
Customers who could buy again
Old customers who have forgotten about you
People who registered for a workshop
Buyers who may be interested in another product
Subscribers who need a reason to pay attention
You do not necessarily need a larger list.
You may simply need to communicate with the list you already have.
That is where things tend to go sideways.
The average business owner does not wake up thinking:
“Today feels like a wonderful day to write a seven-email reactivation campaign.”
They have customers to help, problems to solve, and fires to put out.
Email marketing gets pushed to the bottom of the list.
Even when they find time, they still have to decide:
What type of email should I send?
What should the subject line say?
How long should the email be?
How many emails should be in the sequence?
What should the call to action be?
How do I avoid sounding like a desperate used-car salesman?
That is a lot of decisions before writing the first sentence.
I created the Email Marketing Command Center to make that process easier.
It includes 20 specialized AI email assistants inside one simple Command Center.
Tell it what you want to accomplish.
The Command Center helps identify the right specialist, asks the questions needed to understand your project, and guides you through creating the finished emails.
You can use it to create:
Lead follow-up sequences
Customer reactivation campaigns
Product promotions
Workshop and webinar emails
Welcome sequences
Ecommerce campaigns
Emails for coaches and consultants
Subject lines and calls to action
You do not need to hunt through hundreds of prompts.
You do not need to become an AI expert.
And you do not need to sacrifice another innocent afternoon to the blinking cursor.
A follow-up email could bring back a prospect who forgot to respond.
A reactivation email could remind an old customer that you are still in business.
A promotional sequence could turn a quiet week into a profitable one.
None of those results can happen if the email stays trapped inside your head.
The Email Marketing Command Center helps you get the idea out of your head, turn it into a campaign, and get it ready to send.
Your email list is a business asset.
It should be doing more than collecting digital dust.
