Remember Tiny Vinyl? 4-inch vinyl. One song per side. Cute. Or so they say.
Very popular among young collectors. Growing fast, in spite of its name.
While Tiny Vinyl is playable on normal turntables (from entry-level to high-end models), the company behind it has now launched its own player. You can only buy it at Target, and it only lets you play Tiny Vinyl.
Touted as the best new way to start collecting, it gets one very important thing backwards.
So I had something to say. Unscripted, impromptu, one-take-or-die, true Vinyl Room style.
Excuse the occasionally impassioned language (#SoyLatino 🇦🇷♥️🇬🇧)
My previous post on Tiny Vinyl, in case you missed it (NSFW 😂)
To clarify: an entry-level turntable (or any turntable, for that matter) can play 7”, 12”, as well as your 4” Tiny Vinyl records. More choice, if you ask me.
