Ready to hone the skills we learned in the “Introduction to Bird Language” workshop last month? We will be gathering again very soon for a May meeting of the bird language club (sorry for the short notice). This next edition will be free, and we will review the teachings from last time on the five voices of the birds as we get started.
We will be meeting at 9:30am on Sunday, May 21st at Panama Flats.
We will follow a similar format by providing time and space for individual sit spots, and then map what we heard together on a large pad, with ample time for questions and discussion. Please register at Eventbrite so we know if you can make it! Space will be limited. And feel free to get in touch with me by email (jevan27@uwo.ca) if you’d like to try and arrange car pooling.
We will be meeting on the north end of Panama Flats where there is ample parking, close to Colquitz Creek (see map below). Further details and directions will be sent to those who register via Eventbrite.
Happy birding!
