Lately, a fellow artist told me, “Veronica, your art really is magical. You inspired me to go back to my own projects.” And some of you told me, “Veronica, you are my favorite artist. Veronica, you encouraged me to go back to my art, Veronica, you are my inspiration.” And as much as I’m always, always, so grateful and flattered by all of these comments, I’ve also grown this belief in my own self-worth, because I’ve proved to myself how powerful I am in this past couple of years. And today I can say yes, I am magical. And let me tell you, you are too. Because if I could do it, you can do it too. And we’re going to discuss how by talking about my spiritual path to creativity.

This video is going to be divided into two main chapters plus a bonus one. The first chapter is going to be about the mindset shifts you can integrate into your spiritual creative path:

  1. Go back HOME (out of your comfort zone)

  2. The Creator crated you to create and continue their creation

  3. Give yourself permission to create

  4. Art is MEDICINE

The second chapter is going to be about spiritual practices for creatives and artists:

  1. Taking art as medicine

  2. Practicing Affirmations

  3. Meditation

  4. Journaling and Shadow Work

  5. Solo Dates/Artist Dates

  6. Prayer

The bonus chapter is going to be about a couple of resources that walked with me and are still walking me through my spiritual path to creativity:

  1. Julia Cameron "The Artist's Way

  2. Clarissa Pinkola Estes PHD "Women Who Run With The Wolves"

As usual, as we discuss this topic, you also see footage of me creating art :)

Feel free to let me know what you think (I love to read your thoughts and feedback).

See you next time!
In the meantime…let’s make art!
