A small thing I'm building

Quick one today, and a bit of a personal one…

Since I started posting on LinkedIn a couple of years ago, I’ve been sharing more of how I actually work with founders. And the same question keeps landing in my inbox, from coaches, people leaders, people running their own teams.

Some version of:

• “can I actually learn this somewhere?”

• “is any of this available outside VC Talent Lab?”

• “can I learn to do this with my own team?”

For 20+ years my answer was no.

My coaching models have lived inside VC Talent Lab and the coaches who partner with us, nowhere else. I never had a good reason to change that.

But I think I finally do.

I’ve started putting together a small peer advisory community. A room where you can:

• get the people around you performing, aligned and moving as fast as you are

• bring the real people problems you’re wrestling with and work them through with peers who get it

• learn the models and diagnostics I’ve only ever used inside VCTL

• build the fortitude to lead through pressure and uncertainty without burning out

It’s still coming together, so I don’t have dates, pricing or details yet, but I wanted you to hear about it from me before it’s anywhere public.
