What Is Becoming Available Now

Vandana Sinha · Field Notes by Vandana Sinha

There is one more layer I want to write about before this arc closes, and it is the one I am most alive inside right now.

It is not about what was. It is about what is rising. What is opening. What is becoming available in you, in me, in all of us — quietly, every day, often before we notice.

This is where ascension lives.

I have not used that word in this writing before. So much of what passes under the name ascension tips into either fantasy or grandiosity, and I did not want to be misread. But I want to use it here, in the way I actually live it.

Ascension is not floating. It is not leaving the body. It is not arriving in some other realm.

For me, ascension is the slow, steady, embodied experience of becoming a version of yourself whose inner and outer worlds finally come into the same room. The light body expanding, yes. The vibration rising, yes. The deepening alignment with the higher self, yes. But all of it happening here. In this body. In this life. In the way you walk through your days.

And it is happening. To me. To my clients. To anyone who is doing the work, whether they have language for it or not.

I want to tell you what it has looked like in my own life, because I think it might surprise you.

For nearly twenty years, I worked as a very senior executive in a C-suite advisory firm. I was on the executive committee. My relationships were with the most senior business leaders in India, which is where I lived at the time. By every outer measure, I had what people work entire careers to earn. I had earned my place in that world and I had every reason to stay in it.

I did not stay.

For most of those years, something else had been quietly growing in me. The energy work. The spiritual practice. The relationship with the field that had become more real to me than almost anything in my outer life. I knew, somewhere underneath everything, that the practitioner I was becoming was going to need more room than the executive could give her. I did not know how that was going to happen. I did not even know if it was going to happen. I just kept doing the inner work, and listening, and trusting that the way would be shown to me when I was ready.

The opening came through a move to the US, for family reasons. A completely practical relocation, with nothing visibly spiritual about it.

But what that move gave me, once I was inside it, was a reset. A chance to begin again, in a new country, without the weight of the old life pulling at me. The field had set the door in front of me. All I had to do was walk through.

So I did.

I let the career go. I let go of two decades of relationships and recognition and earned place in a world I had worked very hard to belong to. And I stepped fully into the work I had been quietly preparing for, for as long as I could remember.

What has happened since is honestly the most extraordinary chapter of my life.

I am being shown direction. Clearly. Daily. In ways that astonish me. Synchronicities arrive right when I need them. Doors open that I did not knock on. Clients find me at the moment they are ready to. The work keeps deepening and shifting in ways I could not have planned for. Nothing feels stuck. Everything is moving.

And the way I live now — the way I move through every difficulty and welcome every beautiful thing that arrives — I do it the way I teach my clients to do it. I surrender. I trust the field. I follow what is being shown to me rather than insisting on what I had planned. And life shows me, again and again, that what arrives is better than what I would have asked for.

What more can I ask for.

I wake up grateful. For what has unfolded. For what is unfolding right now. For the slow, astonishing way an inner life and an outer life that once seemed so far apart have come into alignment. And I wake up in wonder, too. Because every time I think I understand where this is going, the field shows me something I could not have predicted. The becoming keeps becoming.

That is ascension as I know it. The quiet, daily astonishment of being shown what is next, and walking into it, and finding it is always more than you knew to hope for.

I see this in clients too, and it is one of the most beautiful things I get to witness.

A woman came to me some time ago, carrying real worry about her career and her finances. We did a session. She came to a workshop. We worked together through several layers — the inherited patterns around money, the lifetime imprints around safety, the soul-level questions about what she was actually here to do. Then she went away, to live what we had touched.

Months later, she came back to tell me what had happened.

Something creative she had quietly loved for years, something she had never let herself pursue, had started to come forward. She was making beautiful things with her hands. And she had found a way to bring that creative work into her existing job, weaving it through what had previously felt confining. Her passion and her livelihood were beginning to braid together. Income was starting to follow the alignment.

That is the becoming layer activating. Not a sudden transformation. A quiet emergence of who she had always been, into a life that was finally large enough to hold her.

This is what this layer is.

The version of you that is already in motion. The capacities opening even now, sometimes before you have noticed. The alignment between who you are inside and how you live outside, which is the only definition of ascension that has ever felt true to me.

The earlier work makes it possible. The soul recognized. The inherited acknowledged. The lifetime imprints met with witnessing rather than judgement. When those settle, this layer activates. Life begins to move in flow. Synchronicities increase. Doors open. The future stops being something you have to figure out and starts being something you are walking into, with the field walking with you.

I share this as a witness. I am living it. I see my clients living it. And every day, I am still surprised by what is becoming available, in me and in the lives of people who are doing this work — many of them without even knowing what to call it.

The becoming has already begun.

It is rising in you, quietly, while you read this. It is opening doors you have not yet walked through. It is arranging conditions you have not yet noticed.

What more can we ask for.

With love, Vandana
