Hey,
Your prompt is not weak because you are bad at this.
It is weak because it is missing three specific things.
Not ten. Not a complicated framework.
Three things. Every prompt. Without exception.
Here is what a weak prompt looks like.
“Write a social media post about fitness.”
AI has no idea who is writing this.
No idea who is reading it.
No idea what success looks like.
So it guesses. And it always guesses average.
Average is the safest statistical answer to a question with no context.
Average gets ignored. Average gets zero clients. Average competes with free.
Here is the same prompt done right.
“You are a fitness coach with eight years experience working with busy mothers who have tried every diet and quit within two weeks. Write one Instagram post that leads with the specific reason diets fail for this audience. Under 120 words. Honest tone. No motivational fluff.”
Client reads the output and asks how you knew exactly what their audience was thinking.
Same tool. Same Tuesday. Completely different result.
The difference is one thing added before asking for anything.
Who is writing.
“You are a [specific expert] with [specific experience] who has [specific result].”
That one addition changes the entire personality of every output that follows.
Try it on your next prompt right now. Compare the two outputs side by side.
The shift is immediate. Uncomfortable. Obvious.
That is one of the three parts.
The other two are what most people spend months trying to figure out alone.
They live inside Prompt Mastery where 450 people found the complete structure and built $2,000 to $4,000 per month on the side.
Some quit their jobs.
The other two parts are here →
Weak prompts produce outputs you are embarrassed to show anyone.
Strong prompts produce outputs clients pay $400 per month for.
The only difference is three things loaded before asking for anything.
You now have one of them.
see you soon
