Hi friends!
I don’t send “act now” emails often — but this one’s worth the urgency!
The Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card’s 100,000-point welcome offer is ending soon. If you’ve been on the fence about applying, this is the moment. Earn 100,000 bonus points after you spend $5,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening — that’s enough for up to $1,500 in Chase Travel℠, or transferred to partners like Hyatt, United, and Southwest for even more value (these are the points that gets us into Hyatt properties basically for free, if you’ve been following along).
The annual fee is just $95, and it comes packed with travel perks and protections most people don’t expect from a card this affordable — a Global entry/TSA Precheck credit, a $100 hotel credit, trip cancellation insurance, baggage delay coverage, and primary rental car insurance among them.

Speaking of Hyatt — the World of Hyatt Credit Card also has an elevated welcome offer live right now. Earn up to 75,000 Bonus Points: 45,000 Bonus Points after you spend $5,000 on purchases in your first 3 months from account opening, plus up to 30,000 more Bonus Points by earning 2 Bonus Points total per $1 spent in the first 6 months on purchases that normally earn 1 Bonus Point, on up to $15,000 spent. Annual fee: $95.
I’ll be honest — I don’t often recommend this card for the welcome offer alone (but offers like this are the exception). I recommend it because of what it does year after year: an annual free night certificate at any Category 1-4 Hyatt property, which alone can be worth $150-$250+ and more than covers the fee. My husband has held his for years and it is a major part of our strategy for earning Globalist status each year.

If you run any kind of business — even a small one — these are worth a look:
Capital One Spark Cash is my go-to recommendation for business owners who want dead-simple rewards. Earn a $1,000 cash bonus, plus for a limited time, earn a $250 Capital One Business Travel credit when you spend $10,000 within 3 months of account opening. Unlimited 2% cash back on everything, no categories to track. The intro annual fee is $0 for your first year, then $95.

Capital One Spark Cash Plus is the step up for higher-spending businesses. Earn a one-time cash bonus of $2,000, plus for a limited time, earn a $500 Capital One Business Travel credit once you spend $30,000 in the first 3 months — and you can earn an additional $2,000 for every $500,000 you spend in year one, with no cap on how many times you can hit it. The $150 annual fee is fully refunded every year you spend $150,000 or more. Annual fee: $150.
