STILLWATER, Okla. — For the first time since 2016 Oklahoma Soccer (3-0) defeated Oklahoma State (1-1-1) in Stillwater as the Sooners shut out OSU, 2-0, Thursday, August 20. Freshmen Kate McCallister and Kennedy Kaiser provided the scoring as OU didn't permit a shot on goal all night.

Venables Agrees to 2-Year Contract Extension

NORMAN — University of Oklahoma Vice President and Director of Athletics Roger Denny announced Thursday that Sooners Head Football Coach Brent Venables has agreed to a new six-year contract, pending OU Board of Regents approval. The contract adds two years to Venables' previous deal and runs through Jan. 31, 2032.

NORMAN — The Oklahoma men's basketball team and head coach Porter Moser landed another key late addition to the 2026-27 roster with the signing of fifth-year transfer portal big man Duke Brennan.
