Dr. Sherrie Tennessee is an Assistant Professor at Virginia State University and Principal Consultant at SpaSOS, where her work centers on artificial intelligence (AI) and digital transformation in guest experience.
Her research examines wellness tourism technology, including virtual reality (VR) applications and AI-driven service innovation, with publications in the Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Technology.
She holds a Ph.D. in Hospitality from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) and brings over 20 years of industry and academic experience to the classroom.
