Meaning there are only 17 of the 180 that are considered more corrupt. So, journalist Kristof believes that one of the most corrupt countries in the world is getting aid health care dollars to the intended recipients? To Democrats, not continuing to fund programs to corrupt countries is problematic. Without it, you can’t have kickbacks. Rather than solve the violence problem they want to send money that will not reach the intended recipient. Then they want to raise the false flag of caring about lives.
