TWINFLAME · TWINFLAME THE EDIT

Hello everyone, Karen here! I always enjoy putting together these monthly roundups, so here are a few of my favorite things from July that caught my attention. I hope you enjoy them too!

It was couture week in Paris this month of July and I love to watch Loic Prigent YouTube videos.

He recently released a new video about the Chanel Couture show by Matthieu Blazy, and it's worth watching. He walks through the inspiration behind each look, with close-up shots of the fabrics, embroideries, and all the thoughtful details, from hidden touches inside a jacket to the way each piece connects to the story of the collection. You get to see things you probably wouldn't even notice sitting front row at the show! It's truly an interesting watch.

I’ve perfected my summer skincare routine. It gives me a glow that lasts all day and works beautifully under makeup. I start with the Anua toner spray, then layer on the Anua PDRN+ Hyaluron serum. Next comes the L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Glass Skin Serum, and I finish everything off with the AIME SPF 50 cream.

I’ve been loving this combination because it keeps my skin hydrated and glowy without feeling heavy.

Below is a photo of my skin at the end of the day, you can still see the glow!

I love the AIME SPF as part of my morning skincare routine, but during the summer I always need to reapply my sunscreen throughout the day. I usually find that so annoying because most SPFs leave your hands sticky and move your makeup around.

I was recommended this SPF at a Korean beauty store and it’s amazing. It feels like absolutely nothing on the skin and it doesn’t move your makeup at all. I used it every single day during our vacation in Italy and it has definitely earned a permanent spot in my vanity.

If you struggle with lip liner or don’t like that super defined look, this is perfect. The Refy Lip Blur gives you the softest, most natural-looking lip. It makes your lips look fuller without creating a harsh line, and I just love the finish. My favorite shade is Stone. It’s the perfect brown nude that creates the perfect pout.

We spent a Sunday strolling around Les Puces de Saint-Ouen in Paris with my family. I really went just to browse and wasn’t planning on buying anything, even though I knew in the back of my mind that it was probably time to start furnishing our apartment.

First of all, I absolutely loved it. I think it’s going to become one of my favorite Sunday activities because you can find the most beautiful pieces there.

And that day the vintage gods were on my side! I found six Hans Bech dining chairs in perfect condition at an amazing price.

After buying those, I thought I was done and ready to go home. But then I walked past one lady’s stand and found two armchairs for our living room.

I cannot wait to show you what everything looks like once it’s all in the apartment.

I first tried Cuure’s Gut Supplement back in April, and within a month I noticed a real improvement in my digestion and a significant reduction in bloating. Now that I’m getting ready for back to work, it felt like the perfect time to do another gut reset.

After just a few days, my stomach already feels more comfortable and less bloated. It really has been a game changer for me.

I also love how easy it is to stick to as it’s just two capsules on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.

I love packing light, especially for a quick trip, and this bag combination worked so well.

The clutch fits perfectly and completely disappears inside the bag.

I carried a dark brown leather tote that was perfect for the beach and everyday use. Inside, I kept a brown woven clutch with all the little things that would normally get lost in such an open bag: my lip liner, cards, keys, and everything else.

Then in the evening, I simply took out the clutch and used it on its own. It matched every single outfit and made packing so much easier.

I have always loved Triangl swimwear because they make the most fun prints and colors.

I own this bikini style in two different versions. One is a simple brown-and-white striped set that feels both chic and sporty at the same time. The other is a newer burgundy crochet version with a mismatched crochet bottom, which I absolutely love.

I completely fell out of my workout routine lately, so I wanted something gentle to help me get back into movement while also focusing on flexibility and gut health. I’ve been a longtime subscriber to B The Method and have always loved her workouts, but I recently rediscovered the platform’s lymphatic drainage, gut reset, and hip mobility classes. They’ve been amazing, you can really feel your body easing back into movement.

I hope you enjoyed this month's favorites!

Bisous, bisous,

Karen
