The Americans combine the notions of religion and liberty so intimately in their minds, that it is impossible to make them conceive of the one without the other."
— Democracy in America - Alexis de Tocqueville
Two hundred and fifty years ago, ordinary men pledged their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor to establish a nation where liberty would be protected and rights would be recognized as coming from God—not government.
Generation after generation has carried that inheritance through sacrifice, courage, and faith.
As we celebrate America’s 250th birthday, may we do more than enjoy the fireworks. May we remember the cost of freedom, teach our children the truth about our nation’s founding, and recommit ourselves to being faithful stewards of the blessings we have received.
May God continue to bless America, grant us wisdom for the days ahead, and raise up men and women who will courageously preserve liberty for generations yet to come.
Happy 250th Birthday, America. 🇺🇸
