Before you kindly start, please be aware that this inner Heart energy work can be tiring, and there is a chance that you may feel tired afterwards. You may also feel energised. It affects everyone differently, according to their unique situation.
Therefore, please follow inner heart guidance on when to take part, especially if you have a busy day ahead, or work commitments.
These symptoms should subside with rest and adequate time self-nurturing.

“Common sense reminds us that this is not suitable to use at work, or while driving or operating machinery.
Your bedroom is the preferred place. It is a familiar space and the creative energy can grow into a powerful force for goodness that starts to expand around your home, your garden, your neighbourhood and eventually, your planet and infinitely beyond.
Make yourself comfortable by lying down on the bed that you sleep in at night, at home.
Set an alarm clock in case you need to be awake for a certain time, and have a drink of water nearby.
Allow plenty of time for this, initially, because the set-up routine needs time and patience to ‘bed into’ your reality.
Repeating the routine strengthens its effectiveness.
Repetition and daily practice makes things happen.
We will not be calling on any other energy except Purest Light Frequencies from The Heart of Creation and infinitely beyond.
We are going to connect to our hearts and then, we are going to ask the deepest part of ourselves to help us to clear all suffering and all negativity for all who can be assisted.
In between all this, we will receive clearing and repair, and some gifts to help us overcome adversity in humanity’s hour of need.
It may tire you, and it may energise you… Be aware that much is going to be cleared away for those of you who wish to help.
Your sincere desire to help is required.
If you have no wish to help, then please move on now, and make way for those with hearts that care.”
Keep your closed eyes softly looking down at your chest area.
Breathe normally, and focus on the rise and fall of your chest.
You can simplify this by imagining you are seeing the Earth as the smaller circle and the False Light Matrix as the larger circle encapsulating the Earth.
We will allow time to do this.
Pause the recording as and when you feel you need more time before moving on to each next step.
Next, imagine that the Planet of Peace surrounding the entire Earth is expanding and growing larger and larger, rapidly growing out and beyond the False Light Matrix and connecting to The Heart of Creation, which then encircles the Earth.
It doesn’t matter if you cannot perceive this. Just pretend it has happened.
Keep your closed eyes softly looking down towards your chest area.
Your creative will, your intention, your desire for this help to happen is enough.
Pretend or imagine that you are floating above this and helping to secure it into position.
We will allow time for this. Pause the recording, if you need more time.
Next, imagine that every living being, every innocent life form, including yourself, is surrounded by the miniature Planet of Truth, according to LOVE’s Plan and the Laws of Creation, who will oversee this.
Next, see the Planet of Truth that is encapsulating the Earth growing bigger, and expanding out, like a huge ball of Truth, and rapidly expanding beyond the False Light Program, and connecting to The Heart of Creation, which then, in turn encircles the Earth and every soul that is upon it.
“The truth will set you free,” they say.
Free to be happy, free to be at peace, free to grow, free to choose, free to say ‘no’, and free to say “thank you” for the things you are now going to be receiving, for helping humanity awaken, and setting them free.
When you come to ‘The Outer Waves of Infinite Possibilities,’ you are already creatively protected by layers of loving energies from The Heart of Creation, from a place of purity.
For example: many are still using grounding practices, moonlight practices, and Yoga, Reiki, Pilates — all of which create sine waves which are snake waves.
While you practice these things and other rituals which have come from Earth practices, many of you are unaware that everything you use on Earth is tarnished and bent.
They did this by using the Reiki, Yoga, Pilates groups, Freemasons Rituals and 5G users predominantly, by climbing into their consciousness via the sine waves that these practices create.
Pilates is a highly popular practice on Earth taught by many physiotherapists, but how many of these teachers know anything about consciousness, or the ability for Dark Forces to enter this Earth reality — via these practices, which create sine waves?
The students are totally unprotected, yet even with protection this practice breaks the Laws of Creation and huge karmic waves are being created by every life form that participates in Pilates.
This is the same for 5G iPhone users, Freemasons, Yoga, and Reiki users.
Many that Claire knows who still do Pilates, are always suffering health issues, knee issues, eye problems, weight problems.
Something which feels so good and which makes one look good, does not necessarily do any good for you at deeper levels of consciousness, and so, these groups were entirely responsible for the total collapse of the Earth’s protective shield and the Earth’s ability to serve her children was sabotaged.
Claire and those who see these issues have been working to find ways to address the problems and the dangers, without interfering with the Laws of Free Will.
The result of recent help from a small group has secured much help for humanity, and these new teachings are to be celebrated because you all helped to secure them.
