How To Trade This

Cricut, Inc. (CRCT) makes smart cutting machines that let everyday crafters cut vinyl, paper, iron on sheets, and fabric at home. Its Design Space app supplies project templates, a paid Access membership unlocks fonts and images, and it sells heat presses and craft materials too.

Growth is leaning on the subscription side, where paid members keep climbing and average revenue per user drifts higher. Machine sell out has picked up on fresh entry level bundles, international markets are widening, and a new global brand campaign is aimed at pulling in first time makers.

Crafting sits in the consumer discretionary bucket, so tariffs and household budgets matter here. Cricut imports its hardware, and duty costs have squeezed product margins even after refunds landed. Retail timing shifted with an earlier Prime Day, while AI assisted design tools are becoming a real hook.

On the chart, watch for a confirmation bar that closes strong on visibly heavier volume than prior sessions. That combination says buyers stepped in with conviction rather than drifting. When price then pushes into the momentum zone, it signals the move has fuel and trend followers are joining in.

A trailing stop rides your exit up behind the price, locking gains while giving the trend room to breathe. Many traders place it using Fibonacci retracement levels, drawn with the Fibonacci snap tool, so the stop sits under real support instead of a random number.
