ToolStack Labs · ToolStack Labs

Week 1 is officially wrapped up.

It wasn’t huge or flashy, but it was a solid start. I got the basics in place, started sharing online, and laid the foundation for what’s coming next.

ToolStack Labs is about building AI-powered microbusinesses that run almost on their own. The goal is to document everything: what works, what doesn’t and how to stack small automated systems into something bigger over time.

Here’s what happened in Week 1:

  • Set up toolstacklabs.com and pointed it to Substack

  • Created Notion system to track projects and content

  • Posted first tweets and started growing the account (we’re at 3 follows now. Thanks!)

  • Outlined Week 2 roadmap and goals

It might not seem like much, but getting started always feels like the hardest part.

What I learned this week:
Momentum beats motivation. Once I got the first few systems in place, everything else started to move faster. It’s easier to keep going when there’s something real to build on.

What’s next for Week 2:

  • Stay consistent with posting on X

  • Publish this Substack and start building a rhythm

  • Work on Prompt Pack #1

  • Pick one microbusiness idea to start prototyping

The goal now is simple, keep stacking. Each small piece adds leverage, and over time those small wins add up.

Thanks for reading and for being early.

If you’re into automation, AI, or building small businesses from your laptop, you’re in the right place.
