I opened a subscriber chat for this space.
Not because we need another app to check.
Because some of what we are naming here should not only live in public posts.
This Substack is for women who are carrying the family, the work, the decisions, the emotional labor, the future, and the quiet question underneath it all:
How long can I keep being the whole system by myself?
The chat is where we can talk more honestly about what the posts bring up.
It is a place to share what line hit you, what season you think you are in, what feels heavy right now, and what kind of support system you know you need next.
You do not have to perform in there.
You do not have to have the perfect words.
You can simply come in, read, breathe, and say, “This is where I am.”
To join, open the Substack app or click into this publication and look for the Chat tab. If you are subscribed, you should be able to enter from there.
When you come in, start with this:
What I am carrying right now is…
That is enough.
We are going to keep this simple, grounded, and useful.
No noise.
No pressure.
Just truth, language, and the next right system.
