The Stocks I Want to Short

We’re still in a technical bull market. I’m not shorting these stocks today.

But eventually, that will change, and I want the short list built before the market begins giving us break down signals.

In today’s video, I go through the names currently making that list, including NVDA and AVGO, and what would need to change before I’d actually consider shorting them.

This is the same process we used in reverse in 2022, 2023 and 2024, building buy lists before the opportunities arrived.

We have several stocks that we continue to hold in this bull market. Today, notably, silver has been pushing higher. I covered silver several times, the most recent July 31^st where I explicitly stated that Silver was going to push upwards. Silver is up +15.7% since then, and I am expecting Silver to continue climbing to much higher prices.

I understand bearish narratives aren’t popular. And I don’t expect many of these stocks to stay down forever when the next downturn comes.

But that doesn’t mean there won’t be excellent opportunities along the way, especially in some of the AI names that have attracted so much attention.

The time to build a short list is now. Not several months from now when we’re already in a bear market.

For now, just keep these names in the back of your mind. When the market starts giving us the signals I’m looking for, I’ll walk you through exactly what I’m seeing and what I’m doing about it.
