A Time for Choosing

America is not a country in decline, but under President Biden, we have been a country in retreat.

The last time we saw this movie was in the 1970s when Jimmy Carter had us retreating from our values and retreating from hard work. Ronald Reagan restored our work ethic, and he inspired this nation.

As the next president, I want to take the model of cutting taxes, increasing employment in the private sector, and reminding America that we are the city on the hill and turn our nation around. America needs a positive, optimistic messenger with a backbone who can lead us out of the Biden retreat.

We should celebrate the conservative values that make the American Dream possible. That means shouting our message from the mountaintops and then taking it to the valleys. Let's take our conservative message to a gymnasium surrounded by our friends, but also to an inner city church surrounded by skeptics. We will become the dominant party in every corridor of this amazing nation.

I look forward to sharing my message on the debate stage tomorrow night at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, where I'll let every American know we are still the city on the hill, the beacon in the midst of the storm.

We are blessed to live in the greatest nation on God's green earth.
