Derek Chauvin’s new attorney is seeking a dismissal of the Minnesota state conviction against Derek Chauvin for the murder of George Floyd.
Derek Chauvin’s attorney, Gregory Joseph, has filed a new motion seeking the dismissal of Chauvin’s state convictions, alleging that Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, Attorney General Keith Ellison, and the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office engaged in “illegal” and “fraudulent” conduct.
Joseph argues that a grand jury was never convened to review or indict Chauvin on the enhanced murder charges. Under Minnesota law, severe charges like first-degree murder typically require a grand jury indictment, though lower-level murder charges (like the second-degree unintentional murder Chauvin was convicted of) are frequently initiated via a prosecutor’s criminal complaint.
Joseph contends that the initial, lesser charges brought by Hennepin County were bypassed due to immense political and public pressure. He claims Governor Walz overstepped by transferring the case to AG Keith Ellison, who subsequently e-filed a second, “unfounded” complaint that included the elevated murder counts to satisfy public demand rather than following appropriate statutory boundaries.
“Because Hennepin County’s unlawful charges against Mr. Chauvin were not severe enough for the mob, Walz referred the case to Keith Ellison, who signed and e-filed a second unfounded complaint against Derek Chauvin that included the murder charge.”
Chauvin is currently serving a 22.5-year state sentence concurrently with a 21-year federal sentence for allegedly violating Floyd’s civil rights, with a projected release date in 2037. State prosecutors have not yet filed a formal response to these specific grand jury allegations.
In June 2020, I wrote exhaustive coverage of the George Floyd Color Revolution in Minneapolis and most of my predictions have come true. Nobody back then reported any of these truths. In June 2020, the VERY week it happened, I argued that Chauvin did not murder Floyd and he was set up by the Minnesota Islamo-Communists. My key claims included:
The autopsy (and related toxicology) showed no physical findings of traumatic asphyxia, strangulation, or trauma from the knee; instead, death was attributed to heart failure linked to lethal levels of fentanyl, heroin, and methamphetamine, plus underlying conditions such as heart disease and sickle cell anemia. The knee itself did not cause the death - it was an overdose.
Floyd resisted arrest, appeared impaired, and had a history that included prior drug-related arrests and a 2007 armed robbery conviction.
The two initial responding officers were extreme rookies (one on his third or fourth shift). Body-camera footage (which was delayed or restricted by Ellison) and other evidence allegedly support the officers’ accounts of resistance and medical distress.
Rapid political, media, and activist responses—firing of the officers, escalation of charges, hiring of high-profile attorneys, and organized protests—were staged or coordinated by CAIR, ANTIFA, Black Lives Matter, and other groups who are fronts for communist or “Islamo-Communist” activity. The goal was to dismantle the police, create public housing/development projects on Lake Street, expand absentee and cheat-by-mail voting to steal the vote, and shift political control in Minnesota (especially Hennepin County) to the Islamo-Communist faction of the Democrat party.
Floyd, Chauvin (who had worked security at the same club as Floyd), local politicians (Ellison, Mayor Jacob Frey, Ilhan Omar and associates), developers, and activists are all connected in some way. The riots and looting that followed were engineered rather than spontaneous, with police ordered to stand down by the Mayor and Governor.
The entire event was a coordinated and well-funded Communist “color revolution” or deliberate operation to create racial division, weaken law enforcement, and advance Communism in Minnesota and America. Much supporting evidence since then has since been scrubbed from the internet.
I reported back then that I believed that Chauvin was “railroaded” by political pressure and a biased process, that Floyd’s death was not a homicide by asphyxiation, and that the public narrative was manufactured and the riots were paid for. It’s been over six years since Derek Chauvin was railroaded by the Minnesota mafia and many have forgotten or misremembered what happened. Let’s review what we know!

Sabri, from Jordan, is the developer behind the Somali mall on East Lake Street - and wants to build ANOTHER Somali mall on East Lake Street. His projects are backed by Ellison, Omar & Frey. Sabri has long wanted to build condominiums on Lake Street and been turned down.
Sundance reports that the El Nuevo Rodeo restaurant is likely a money-laundering & counterfeit money front for the Sabri family that was forced to close during COVID. El Nuevo was looted during the riots.
Omar Investments Inc. has owned El Nuevo Rodeo Cantina and night club since 1996. The principle of Omar Investments Inc. is Muna Sabri. In 2001, Basim Sabri was captured by the FBI in a sting operation. The Sabris are a wealthy family with a history of bribing Minneapolis city officials.
Basim Sabri claimed that Abdi Warsame, who sits on Ellison’s Minneapolis City Council, took bribes from him.
Born in Somalia, Warsame was brought to Minnesota from London by Soros to master the absentee ballot vote in Minnesota and FLIP it blue. He began by running Cedar Riverside Public Housing & turning it into a ballot making machine - which elected Ilhan Omar & Keith Ellison. He’s succeeded in controlling the vote in Minnesota through voter fraud & 3rd party ringers.
Derek Chauvin worked at El Nuevo Rodeo for 17 years. That puts Derek Chauvin showing up to work security at El Neuvo Rodeo right after the FBI busted Basim Sabri. Chauvin received a COMMENDATION medal after he arrested violent gang members outside El Nuevo Rodeo in 2008.
Cup Foods owner, Mahmoud Abumayyaleh, a Black Lives Matter activist from the Middle East, whose employee called the cops on George Floyd for passing a wet $20 counterfeit bill, knew George Floyd - who was a regular at the store. Who else did Mahmoud know? Cup Foods has a checkered past.
It was Mahmoud’s Facebook post that announced George’s death and called it a racist murder. The day after George’s death, Mahmoud went on every major network to tell his story and called for the immediate arrest of all 4 officers. His partners at CAIR did the same thing.
Within 6 hours after George died, a “community journalist” associated with Mahmoud and BLM had sent the “video” to the media & the family hired Ben Crumb, the attorney behind Trayvon Martin, and Shaun King of Black Lives Matters was ratcheting up the noise. Within 12 hours, Frey held a press conference with the MPD. Within 18 hours, all 4 officers were fired. An hour later, Frey led a Town Hall on the case. It’s like it was all planned ahead of time.
Members of CAIR “filmed” George Floyd’s death outside Cup Foods in Minneapolis and erected a large portrait of Floyd on the street. They wore Black Lives Matter shirts and handed out sambusas, or stuffed pastries, to mourners in Elliot Park in Minneapolis.
It took Frey 4 days to respond to the riots, after the entire city had been looted & burned, but within 6 hours he planned a press conference on the Floyd death? PLANNED.
There is body cam footage from all 4 officers which we’ve NEVER seen, only the cell phone video from a stranger and the Cup Foods surveillance video from a man who is anti-American, anti-police and works for Black Lives Matters. Why?
The first two officers on the scene, when called from Cup Foods about George Floyd passing a counterfeit $20 bill, were rookies, each with less than 4 shifts as police officers.
It was his FOURTH day as a police officer when Thomas Lane, 37, pulled his weapon on George Floyd and asked him to put his hands on the steering wheel of his car. Lane asked Floyd if he was ON something due to the foam coming out of his mouth. Floyd mumbled “I can’t breathe.”
,J Alexander Kueng, 26, is a rookie cop who was working his THIRD SHIFT EVER as a police officer when he encountered George Floyd. He stood on the passenger side of Floyd’s car, while Lane held a gun on him. Kueng, who identifies as an African-American, now faces 40 years in prison for the so-called “racist murder” of a fellow African-American.
Chauvin and his partner showed up late to the scene and helped the two rookies try to maneuver Floyd into the patrol car. They failed. Chauvin pulled him to the ground and kneeled on him.

Not only was Chauvin employed by El Nuevo Rodeo for 17 years, he and he wife are real estate agents, own a home in Minnesota AND Florida, are residents of Florida and run an AirBNB there. Up until last week, Chauvin’s wife said he was the “most gentle” man she’s ever known. Now she filed for divorce and said he’s a murderer. Quite a shift in a short period.
Even more confusing, the media is now claiming Chauvin is a Republican who committed voter fraud while being a Florida resident. Think about that latest spin to tie Trump & Republicans to his actions.
George Floyd had sickle cell anemia & heart disease & lethal levels of fentanyl & heroin in his body as well as meth, speed & marijuana in his body at the time of death. No one mentions this at all. Why? The autopsy says he died at 9:25PM - after he was transported to the hospital.
Sickle cell anemia reduces oxygen to your brain & tissues and lowers life expectancy by over 20 years in a HEALTHY individual. Fentanyl slows oxygen to your brain & both meth & speed can cause cardiac arrest.
The autopsy was performed on May 26th but the actual report was not released to the public until days later, AFTER cities were torched & burned. The toxicology report was complete on May 31st but the results were quietly released to the public on June 4th. Why?
Floyd tested positive for COVID two months ago, so he DID NOT die from COVID. He had recovered & had anti-bodies. That was another fake narrative to cover the drugs.
Floyd held a gun to a pregnant woman’s stomach, while ransacking her home for money & drugs in Texas in 2007 & served 5 years in prison for armed robbery. He came to Minnesota in 2014 when he got out. How did he get a job working security with Chauvin? Who did his background check?

Klobuchar declined to prosecute Derek Chauvin for a police shooting that took place in 2006 that went to a grand jury. He was later cleared. So she knew who he was.

President Trump brought in 10,800 Minnesota National Guard to bring peace to the Twin Cities. Walz & Frey only used 350. [Remember, on J6 Pelosi would do the same!]
Mayor Frey said Minneapolis didn’t need the police or the National Guard to stop the looting & torching. He said the “community” could stop the riots!
Mayor Frey said he told police to let the 3rd precinct burn because “buildings” just aren’t that important! Then he started crying. Then he lashed out at President Trump. Trump mocked his weakness.
GINGRICH: “Mayor Frey didn’t want to arrest anyone. If rioters believe they won’t be arrested, they’ll come back again & again.”
After 3 days of looting & torching, and being shamed by President Trump, Governor Walz finally said HE was in charge NOW and blamed Minneapolis Mayor Frey for the damage.
MAYOR GIULIANI: “When the Mayor of Minneapolis asked his police to flee from their police precinct, he proved he is incapable of protecting his own people, their property or their lives. This is the result of the criminal friendly policies of so-called Progressive Democrat mayors and governors.”
Governor Walz thought a curfew would make the rioters pack up & go home. LIES. He knows damn well that only law abiding citizens OBEY stay-at-home orders!
Walz declared 80% of the violence was committed by out-of-state. Hennepin County & Ramsey County Jail records showed 80% of those arrested in Minnesota for rioting, looting & torching were Minnesotans, an ANTIFA Communist stronghold.
George Floyd’s original autopsy reported there are NO physical findings that support death by trauma, lack or oxygen or strangulation! The KNEE had nothing to do with George’s death. If Chauvin was using undue pressure it would have caused trauma. It did not. He had underlying heart problems & heavy drugs in his system. It was called an OVERDOSE.
Officer Chauvin was arrested IMMEDIATELY yet rioters CONTINUED to loot & torch Minneapolis. See? This was NOT about race or George Floyd.

Mayor Frey immediately transferred the George Floyd case to AG Keith Ellison, the Communist leader of ANTIFA & CAIR in Minnesota. [Who we now know engineered the indictment!] He said he’s lost confidence in Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman. Why? He didn’t do as he was TOLD & bypass DUE PROCESS.
Right after the video surfaced, Freeman said he had evidence Chauvin could be exonerated. The next day he was forced to charge Chauvin and hand over the case to Ellison REWROTE THE COMPLAINT & charged ALL FOUR OFFICERS with felony 2nd degree murder.
Felony murder means that ANY officer going forward who restrains a fleeing criminal in ANY manner can be charged with murder. Perfect timing for the next round of riots, huh?
The neck restraint that Chauvin used is LEGAL in the MPD and is often used to render violent drug addicts unconscious. Why? Because people on heavy drugs FEEL NO PAIN and are EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. The neck restraint has been used 44 times in the past 5 years on suspects of every race. They don’t want you to know that.
By the way, public housing complexes, like Cedar Riverside, are HUGE voter fraud mills for the Democrats; where they create & fill out absentee ballots!

In 2017, Minneapolis Officer Mohamed Noor shot Justine Damond in the stomach in her pajamas & it took 8 months for the Hennepin County Attorney, Mike Freeman, to charge him. Noor was NEVER fired. He was given PAID LEAVE for 8 months until he was charged.
In 2016, an out out of control white man was held down for 13 minutes and died from an overdose - just like George Floyd. The cops were ruled justified and in July 2020 a Judge said the police did NOT use excessive force. Where do you think they got the idea to do George Floyd?

UPDATES 6/11: A 32-year-old white male was restrained by three Dallas Officers for 13 minutes in 2016 in the same manner as George Floyd. He was rendered unconscious and he died.

Rookie Officer Thomas Lane, 37, who held a gun on George Floyd on his 4th day EVER as a police officer, has been released from jail on $750,000 bond. He’s been charged with 2nd degree felony murder. He says the body cam footage that Ellison refused to release will exonerate him.
Two 911 CALLS were made during the 9 minutes of Floyd’s “death” & the dispatcher’s boss did nothing. She had real-time access to the patrol car cameras. Who told her to stand down? The same people who told the police to stand down and let the rioters destroy Minneapolis? SET UP.
UPDATE 8/22: After Ellison tried to block the release of body cam footage, it was leaked to the Daily Mail proving that Floyd violently resisted arrest for over 10 minutes and appeared high, belligerent & out of control. All four officers are joining their cases and pleading not guilty. They said Floyd died of cardiac arrest from an overdose.
Court documents presented visual evidence that George Floyd ingested 2 milligrams of Fentanyl, a lethal dose, while sitting in his car. That’s the reason Officers suspect why he refused to show his hands or place them on the wheel when instructed to by officer Thomas Lane.
This wasn’t the first time this happened. On May 6, 2019, a year earlier, Floyd was arrested in North Minneapolis with expired plates & stopped on a tip. Officers found Floyd “moving all around & acting extremely nervous” & Floyd refused to show his hands. They found he had put something in his mouth. Oxycodone fell out of his pants pocket.
Police found 274 pills inside George Floyd’s car, along with 18 grams of field tested cocaine and 3 grams of “field test positive rock cocaine” along with his Texas ID & birth certificate. Floyd admitted to snorting Oxycodone on a daily basis & had been addicted for 5 years.
How convenient that the exact same scenario happened a year earlier. Coincidence? I don’t believe in coincidences.
UPDATE 9/11: The judge in the George Floyd case refused to rule on ANYTHING at today’s pre-trial hearing held on September 11th in Minneapolis. Attorneys & prosecutors filed motions to dismiss charges, keep the jury sequestered and anonymous, change the venue & prosecute all officers jointly, instead of holding separate trials.
Outside, a highly organized group of several hundred masked protesters swarmed the area, called to replace the police with community patrols and chanted: “Indict, convict, send those killer cops to jail. The whole damn system is guilty as hell.”
The only thing the judge did decide was that Hennepin County DA Mike Freeman & the Assistant US Attorneys must be REMOVED from the case. They are potential witnesses, and not prosecutors, because they met privately with the medical examiner to discuss Floyd’s autopsy without a non-attorney witness present.
Thao told investigators that he and Chauvin had been called as backup to the scene, but they were CANCELED by dispatch. Thao said he decided that they should continue to Cup Foods anyway because Kueng and Lane were “so new” and the area was known to be hostile to police. He & Chauvin believed that rookies Kueng and Lane were in charge of the scene because they were the first to arrive. Hmm.
Defense counsel asked for all files relating to Floyd’s work as a POLICE INFORMANT or his association with GANGS. The plot thickens.
UPDATE 9/16: Forensic analysis of George Floyd videos show that rookie cops recovered drugs & drug paraphernalia on his body which led them to believe Floyd was suffering from “excited delirium.”
UPDATE 9/29: Project Veritas released an undercover video that showed Ilhan Omar is running an absentee ballot fraud ring out of Minneapolis public housing & pays for votes. He also tied Basim Sabri directly to Omar. I was right about it all! George Floyd’s “death” didn’t just happen. MPD & the US Attorney are investigating. The local media are spinning a story that the “harvester” was bribed. He was not & Veritas is suing. In other words, the local media is IN ON IT with Omar.
UPDATE 10/10: After 4 months in prison, Derek Chauvin suddenly posted bail on the day of VP Pence’s debate and a Judge said he could LEAVE THE STATE. Riots followed & Governors called in the National Guard.
UPDATE April 2021: After 10 hours of deliberation, the jury convicted Chauvin on all three counts. The jury was infiltrated & tampered with.

Liz Collin, a former anchor at WCCO-TV - CBS affiliate in the Twin Cities - was taken off air during the Floyd riots and demoted because her husband, Bob Kroll, was the Minneapolis police union chief at the time and a Trump supporter.
She does not allow personal emotion to creep into the film, instead driving the narrative dispassionately with shocking new evidence. She interviews Chauvin in jail, where he is serving 21 years, his mother and many of the cops who have resigned.
From false testimony in Chauvin’s trial to police bodycam footage of Floyd’s arrest that was withheld for two months, to the autopsy report that was altered after the FBI got involved, Collin presents a damning forensic record.
Collin draws on new evidence unveiled in a sexual harassment lawsuit, filed by former Hennepin County prosecutor Amy Sweasy, against then-County Attorney Mike Freeman.
Sweasy’s complaint details a revolt in the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office over the decision to charge Chauvin’s fellow officers Tou Thao, Alexander Kueng and Thomas Lane with aiding and abetting second-degree murder. Lane and Kueng, who is black, were fresh out of the academy.
Prosecutors told of the “insane … extreme premium pressure” they were under to throw the book at Chauvin and charge the other cops because “the city was burning down.”
One said that Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison “taking over the Chauvin cases was difficult particularly when we had a governor who kind of threw us under the bus.”

The original autopsy report by Hennepin County Medical Examiner Dr. Andrew Baker the day after Floyd died found there was “no physical evidence suggesting that Mr. Floyd died of asphyxiation.
“Mr. Floyd did not exhibit signs of petechiae, damage to his airways or thyroid, brain bleeding, bone injuries, or internal bruising.”
Sweasy claims that Baker also told her that day that “there were no medical findings that showed any injury to the vital structures of Mr. Floyd’s neck. There were no medical indications of asphyxia or strangulation.”
But then she claims Baker told her: “Amy, what happens when the actual evidence doesn’t match up with the public narrative that everyone’s already decided on? … This is the kind of case that ends careers.”
On May 31, 2020, Sweasy said Baker shared the results of toxicology tests with prosecutors, which showed that Floyd, 46, had a “fatal level of fentanyl” in his blood, along with methamphetamine.
Floyd also had COVID and severe “arteriosclerotic heart disease,” with one artery 75% obstructed, and “hypertensive heart disease.”
But Ben Crump, the ambulance-chasing attorney who represented the Floyd family and secured them a $27 million payout from the Minneapolis City Council, told the media: “George Floyd was a healthy young man.”
The private forensic pathologist he hired, Dr. Michael Baden, declared, without seeing Floyd’s body or slides of the autopsy, that “there was no underlying medical problem that caused or contributed to his death.”
The documentary says the FBI met with Baker after Baden’s review and soon after the official autopsy report was changed to find Chauvin was to blame. Floyd’s cause of death had become “cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint, and neck compression.”
There is so much that is shocking in the documentary - yet confirms what I had reported three years before!
For instance, it finds that the hold that Chauvin, a “by the book” cop, used on Floyd was an approved technique that he and every other cop had been trained to use by the Minneapolis Police Department.
It was called the maximal restraint technique (MRT) for handcuffed, uncooperative suspects. All of the cops interviewed by Collin said MRT was part of official training.
In the bystander video that went viral after Floyd’s death, it appears Chauvin’s knee was on Floyd’s neck. But in bodycam footage, his knee appears to be on Floyd’s shoulder.
Chief of Police Medaria Arradondo testified under oath at Chauvin’s trial that “it was not” a trained Minneapolis police defensive tactics technique. LIES.
But Chauvin’s mother pulled out her son’s training manuals in her interview with Collin, which show images of the MRT hold.
The images “sure as hell are in Derek’s training manuals, so how can they say they don’t exist?”
But the judge refused to allow the evidence to be shown to the jury. Everyone failed Minneapolis and, ultimately, failed America.
The prime offenders fingered in the film are:
Arradondo, the cowardly police chief who immediately branded Floyd’s death “murder” and lied about MRT.
Judge Peter Cahill, who ruled out exculpatory evidence, refused defense requests to move the trial out of Minneapolis, where the baying mob could be heard inside the courtroom, and refused to sequester the jury.
Jacob Frey, the soy boy surrender mayor who ordered the Third Precinct to sacrifice its police station to the mob.
Keith Ellison, the Antifa-hugging attorney general who ran roughshod over the rule of law when he railroaded Chauvin and the three other police officers jailed with him, and lied that Trump supporters (whom he branded “white supremacists”) were to blame for the riots.
Tim Walz, the Biden-loving governor who refused to deploy the National Guard and instead allowed arson, looting and mayhem to engulf Minneapolis for 13 days and spread to the rest of the country.
Frey, Ellison and Walz all won re-election. Arradondo retired early. None of them has been held to account.

Why do I care so much about this case? Because I grew up in South Minneapolis and they burned down my neighborhood based on a lie! My grade school sits right in the middle of “George Floyd Square” - now occupied by gangsters who squat there and fly the Hamas flag!
What happened back in 2020 when I told the truth about George Floyd? Facebook removed my posts back then and banned me for most of 2020. I was called hideous names by many people in Minneapolis that I thought were my friends - and many of the rest put their heads down and pretended it never happened because they were afraid to be called racists and bigots. Some even bowed down to Floyd and glorified him as their savior.
This is how the NAZIs were able to carry out the Holocaust - because good people did nothing, believed their lies and averted their eyes to evil.

I had a successful business and strong connections with the local media and in the local recovery community. Sadly - many of the people we call “leaders” today in those industries in Minneapolis are liberals, filled with hate, who routinely blackball and smear people who disagree with them. All the talk about acceptance and tolerance and love is a lie!
In my humble opinion, what happened to George Floyd and Derek Chauvin was one of the biggest and most harmful lies ever sold to the world. It’s as if Satan scripted the entire event. Derek Chauvin is not a murderer. He is a political prisoner held by a system that chose narrative over autopsy results, pressure over process, and revolution over the rule of law. The new motion to dismiss is not a technicality—it is a demand that the grand-jury requirement, the original toxicology findings, and the actual sequence of events finally be treated as binding. Free Derek Chauvin. Anything less continues the fraud that began on a Minneapolis street corner in May 2020 and still poisons the country today. The facts have not changed. Only the courage to face them has been missing.
