Today I’m sharing a new GTM framework for 2026.
AI has changed market behavior, buyer experience, and expectations. As the market changes, GTM has to change with it.
Many teams are still running 2022 playbooks in a 2026 market.
In the past few months, I’ve been running multiple experiments and campaigns. Many of the old tactics are producing activity, but not leverage.
Based on what I’ve tested and what I’m observing across the market, here is a GTM framework that actually works in 2026.
This is the GTM framework for 2026, covering precision outbound, aligned multi-channel inbound, ICP enforcement, and how to use AI as a system multiplier rather than a volume engine.
If your growth feels harder than it did 18–24 months ago, this will likely explain why.
GTM is shifting. The teams that use AI for leverage will compound. The rest will generate motion.
There is also a strong case for applying AI workflows across lifecycle marketing, from onboarding to retention to product feedback. That deserves its own breakdown.
If this surfaced friction in your current GTM, that’s the signal.
Reply to this email if you want to think it through.
Until next time,
Ankur
