A Gentle Transition

Welcome to The Zest of the Lemon

For those of you who have been with me since the beginning, through the four seasonal volumes of The Zest of the Lemon. Thank you. It has been a joy to gather and share so many moments of wonder, warmth, and quiet reflection.

As the publication has grown, something in me has shifted, too. I’ve found myself drawn less to the structure of a quarterly book and more to the simple beauty of the everyday — the soft moments that help us pause, breathe, and reconnect with what matters.

So, the Zest is gently evolving.

Instead of appearing once each season, it will now arrive in smaller, weekly offerings — “mini-Zests” gathered from Nature, People, and Spirit. Short reflections. Still moments. Small wonders. A breath of calm in the middle of a busy week.

Nothing will be behind a paywall, and nothing changes about how welcome you are to read, comment, or simply be here. This shift simply allows me to share more naturally, in the same rhythm that inspiration arrives.

The first of these weekly notes will begin in January 2026.
