I worked for 2 years at Measure School, launching complex analytics setups for the biggest SaaS and eCom companies in the game.
I use NONE OF IT, in crypto, because it's useless.
If you think in funnels, if you think in social data, you will fundamentally lose.
The reason why we got results over the last 8 years, was because we think in CIRCLES and CYCLES, not funnels and AARRR lmao.
You're not selling incense oil to 30yo Californians, you're selling builder primitives for someone to make a business out of.
Its so fucking different. SO DIFFERENT.
You MUST have a system thinker mindset, not a marketing mindset, to win in this industry.
It is NOT, funnel based.
@openkaito
is trying to psyop you into believing 'Mindshare' (Which is a single channel metric) that doesn't include the rest of the world or 99% of crypto discussion, is the North Star metric. (Kaito i love you dont delete my acc please).
It is not the North Star metric, is doesn't even make the top 10.
Not to throw shade on anyone or to single anyone out, but i see the comments under this post and we're basically turning the new generation of marketers into brain dead dropshippers who think the key to growth is to 'move people along the funnel on single channels',
when in reality, you should be thinking from system design first principles, focussing on the core growth levers and acquiring real builders and partners, not fucking discord users that go from A, to B, to C.
when you start to look from this perspective, you understand that there can't be funnels, because the growth loop takes place at the ecosystem node level (someone building on top). They're the ones with the funnels, they're the ones that set off the growth loop.
you also understand how stupid it is to chase after 'mindshare' when you're ecosystem, not app, first.
okay rant over, and if you want proof this works (as in, actually drives builder adoption and volume), check our projects, their dune, and their charts ❤️ always ask a marketer for their receipts!
