Twenty-one days ago I asked you to spend two minutes a day practicing being HER.

And I want to tell you what was actually happening while you did that, because I don’t think it was what you thought.

You thought you were building someone. Reaching toward a future version of yourself who had the money, the love, the calm, the life. Someone up ahead of you that you were slowly closing the distance to.

You weren’t building her. You were remembering her.

You were peeling off, one day at a time, every belief and brace and story that was sitting on top of a woman who was already in there.

She’s not in your future. She never was. She’s been underneath the whole time, and these twenty-one days were just you clearing off enough of the debris to feel her.

Which means today isn’t a finish line. It’s a recognition.

And to make it one you can actually keep, I put the whole thing in one place. Every shift, every energy, every question that cracked something open, all 21 of them, in order. Screenshot this. Save it to your camera roll. Come back to it on the days you forget who you are. This is the entire method on one page.

1. that quiet “I haven’t earned this yet” thing that runs under everything. we caught it. the low-key feeling that you have to earn the right to feel okay, to have the good thing, to take up space. turns out you were worthy before any of this started, and nothing you did or didn’t do ever changed that. it was always yours.

2. the never-enough spiral. you know the one. you get the thing and it’s already not enough and you’re onto the next. we found where it actually comes from and tapped it out at the root, because it was quietly running your relationships AND your bank account.

3. believing it before you have any proof. you stopped waiting to feel ready and confident before you’d let yourself go for it. because the belief comes first. the feeling shows up after you move, not before. it’s kind of backwards from how we all thought it worked.

4. “okay but whose voice is this even in?” that mean little doubt that feels like the truth? we actually stopped and listened to it, and it turns out it’s almost never yours. it’s somebody you picked up a long time ago and just... kept carrying.

5. learning to trust yourself again. the one relationship you can’t ever break up with. we rebuilt it the only way it actually gets rebuilt — one tiny promise to yourself that you actually kept. then another. until you believed you again.

6. that thing where you already know but you text three people anyway. we worked on hearing your own gut and just believing it. the first time. without needing a committee to sign off on your own life.

7. that little brace the second something good happens. things go well and instead of just enjoying it your body goes “don’t get too comfortable.” we practiced letting good things actually land and stay, without scanning for the catch.

8. figuring out which money thing is actually yours. having it, receiving it, spending it — they’re three totally different blocks and most of us are only leaking from one. we found yours.

9. “everything is always working out for me.” hands off the wheel. that exhale in your chest. we practiced trusting it’s all working even when you can’t see how yet, and being carried instead of gripping the whole way there.

10. the redirect for the hard days. not fake “everything’s perfect!” your body knows that’s a lie. we found the version it’ll actually believe: “this is working out, I just can’t see how yet.” say it when you catch yourself spiraling.

11. getting so deeply okay that nothing can shake it. we moved your okayness from the outside to the inside, so your calm stops depending on everything going right. because it was never supposed to be on loan from your circumstances.

12. “what would I actually go for if I knew I’d be fine either way?” sit with that one. it shows you your whole ceiling in about two seconds.

13. actually letting yourself overflow. that warm, more-than-enough feeling of a body that finally remembered how to receive. we stopped counting the weeds and noticed the garden was in full bloom the whole time.

14. why you keep hitting the same number. we found the invisible ceiling — the amount of good your body thinks is safe to have — and why you keep making it and then quietly snapping right back.

15. the difference between chasing it and humming. we practiced being settled AND lit at the same time. not gripping, not forcing. just humming, and letting the right stuff find its way to you.

16. “wait, am I chasing this so hard I’m actually pushing it away?” yeah. we looked at that. the chasing was the leak the whole time. it always was.

17. letting yourself actually be seen. in the work, in the love, in the friendships. we stopped handing everyone a smaller, easier, more palatable version of you and let the real one out.

18. the rooms where you hide. work, love, friendship, conversation — we found yours. and the tiny brave thing that gets you out of it: one true thing a day. that’s it. one.

19. coming home to being loved. the soft one. we let the guard down and let ourselves be adored, cherished, shown up for — exactly as we are, messy parts and all. no performing required.

20. “what does the love I’ve put up with say about what I think I’m worth?” oof. we went there. and then we raised the floor until the too-small love just stopped fitting.

21. and today — you stop practicing her and just be her. she was never up ahead of you. she was never someday. she’s right here, under your hand, right now. I am her now.

Start today & go at your own pace through the entire Already HER Series!

You are not going to do this perfectly.

You’re going to have days where you grip, where you brace, where you shrink at dinner and tolerate the thing and chase instead of hum. You’re going to catch yourself back in an old pattern and think ugh, I thought I did the work.

You did do the work. That’s not it not working. That’s just being a human with a nervous system.

The difference now isn’t that the old stuff never comes back. It’s that you have a relationship with it. You can catch it. You have tools. You know what it is. You know it’s a pattern and not the truth, and you know exactly what to do when it flares — you put your hand on your chest, you take a breath, you tap, you come back. You’re not at the mercy of it anymore. That’s the whole win. Not perfection. Partnership with yourself.

She’s still her on the messy days. Especially on the messy days.

  • The gathering — we collect every energy from all 21 days (worthy, believing, trusting, receiving, unshakeable, abundant, magnetic, radiant, loved) and install them at once, as one woman.

  • The merge — the last inch of distance between you and her, dissolving. No more “becoming.” Just being.

  • The permanent anchor — the one somatic cue you keep forever, so you can come back to her in a single breath any time life tries to pull you back.

  • The send-off — the closing I wrote just for you, for the woman who showed up all 21 days.

You don’t walk out of this one motivated. You walk out her.

The last door. [come merge with me] 🤍
