Last week’s episode of Escalate put us back with Ben Langley as his very long Friday continued. The morning caught up with him in the locker room at the Whitmore Club, where he took a few private minutes to think about Everett, along with the email he’d opened seven times the night before.
Back upstairs to the governance meeting with Kane and Keegan, the framework of Ben’s foundation and its leadership team finally landed on paper, and Ben put forward a name for the board without clearing it first, a potential red flag for Kane. Afterwards, out on the sidewalk, Ben spotted two men talking on a corner and assumed it was nothing.
