The Software Factory has a new home

For a while now, these dispatches have arrived from Substack. Starting today, they come from somewhere new: thesoftwarefactory.blog.

Nothing you signed up for is going away. The same writing — essays on engineering leadership, the craft of building software and teams, tooling, and the occasional field report — continues at the new address, on a redesigned site and a publishing setup I own end to end.
