A new series
What if the Tower of Babel isn’t so much about a skyscraper, or trying to ‘reach God,’ but more about language, thought, technology and power? We often think of the story as being about a group of people trying to reach Heaven with their Tower, and God punishing them for their overreach, and that’s kind of true. But there’s a lot more to it than that! Join me in this series for a sideways dive into the West’s most powerful foundational texts - the outrageous literary collection that is - the Bible! I want to make the stories ‘strange’ again so that you can see them anew.
