we’re moving through the final months of this nodal story that’s been asking us to explore the tension between individual and collective identity + self-expression and social expectations. since the lunar eclipse in sidereal leo on march 14, 2025, what have you been asking yourself about who you really are and who you aren’t? what have you had to sacrifice so you could be left with what’s real? what was never really you in the first place? the personas you created to survive? the shit you picked up from your family and the ideas society programmed into you about what made you “worthy” just to move the goal post each time? what’s underneath it all and can you accept it?
leo + the sun are often talked about through the lens of shining and being bright, and yeah, valid, but the sun also casts a shadow. can you accept that your light requires you to have elements of yourself that others will not find palatable because it comes with owning your power? can you stomach your own darkness and use it to your advantage to forge a you that’s whole and not just a fragmented projection? can you accept yourself even when that puts you at odds with the crowds you’re trying to fit into? are you more okay with losing them or yourself?
these are central questions of this season especially as we approach the lunar eclipse in sidereal aquarius on august 28, which will bring up themes from the solar eclipse earlier this year on february 17 + the lunar eclipse from september 7, 2025.
