following the consolidation + stabilization of perception in sidereal taurus, the sun in gemini turns our attention towards movement, exchange, circulation, interpretation, adaptability, and the processes through which we can translate our experiences.
as mercury’s mutable air domicile, gemini extends far beyond the realm of communication and creates the pathways where perception becomes language, isolated impressions are linked + connected to form coherent patterns, transmission of information occurs across bodies, environments, and systems, and there’s clarification + refinement through ongoing feedback. in gemini, our attention shifts between inputs and outputs without losing track of the relationship between them, and from what we learned during jupiter’s transit through this sign, meaning is continuously revised as new data enters our awareness.
gemini is where our experience is no longer fixed and immutable, and we begin to compare, contrast, associate, organize, classify, and contextualize the information we gather through our interactions with the world around us. our approach to learning + experiencing becomes increasingly dynamic as we test what we know against what we observe, which allows our understanding to evolve through curiosity, dialogue, experimentation, pattern recognition, and continued inquiry and reflection.

during this solar season, we are encouraged to examine the content of our thoughts alongside the systems, narratives, institutions, relationships, and streams of information that form them. what information are we consuming? which perspectives are we excluding / which are being intentionally excluded? how do the conversations we have (online / in person) influence our perception of + engagement with reality? with the sun interacting with both saturn and neptune during this season, the gemini-pisces square asks us to cultivate + sharpen our discernment alongside our curiosity, recognizing that access to information is not the same as understanding it, not every message or narrative that gets broadcast deserves our trust, and not every conversation that’s occurring needs our participation. and with june being a universal 7 month, listening more than we speak is always an option, especially when there is someone more knowledgeable and equipped willing to share with us so that we can learn.
