As someone who loves movies like You’ve Got Mail, When Harry Met Sally, and Sleepless in Seattle, and shows like The Gilmore Girls (it’s about time for my annual fall rewatch!), I love picking up a book that immediately gives off the same vibes: witty, cozy, and charming, with messy romances and realistic family dynamics.

I often peruse my bookshelves, searching for a book a friend asked to borrow or selecting one for a friend who might be going through something.
