Recalibration Before Expansion
This week’s energy feels intense in a quieter, more internal way.
You may notice feeling emotionally heavy, mentally overstimulated, unusually tired, or like something deep within you is shifting. Between the waning moon, strong planetary pressure, and continued solar flare activity, the nervous system may feel overloaded. Even if life looks “normal” on the outside...
You may feel:
exhausted but unable to fully rest
emotional for no clear reason
overstimulated by people, noise, or social media
more intuitive and sensitive than usual
frustrated with old routines or patterns
pulled toward change, reflection, or solitude
This is a recalibration week.
The energy right now is exposing what is no longer sustainable emotionally, mentally, financially, and energetically. This is the week you begin to realize you cannot continue operating from constant pressure, emotional burnout, or survival mode.
And if that’s not enough...
At the same time, increased solar flare and geomagnetic activity may intensify:
anxiety
vivid dreams
irritability
headaches
nervous system sensitivity
sleep disruption
feeling “wired but exhausted”
As the moon continues to wane throughout the week, the collective energy will shift away from emotional intensity and into release, reflection, and clearing.
You may notice yourself:
pulling away from chaos
craving simplicity and grounding
reevaluating relationships or priorities
becoming more aware of what drains your energy
This week, it’s important to take time to pause long enough to hear yourself clearly again.
What To Focus On This Week
simplify your schedule
ground your body and nervous system
prioritize rest and hydration
observe emotional patterns instead of reacting immediately
reduce overstimulation and unnecessary pressure
stop forcing timelines or trying to control everything
The energy is less about external progress and more about internal alignment.
The clearer your energy becomes, the easier it will be to recognize what truly belongs in your life moving forward.
Sometimes the biggest shifts happen during the moments that look the quietest externally.
And this week feels very much like one of those moments.
Mahalo,
Jennifer
