Jellies for All!

Hi everyone! We’re in the dog days now…how sweet it is! This week’s letter concerns the jelly sandal. Forever young at heart, we’ve never stopped adoring them and here’s why: they add a smiley face to any outfit, whether you’re at the beach or wearing an elegant summer dress. They’re also spill and waterproof by nature, which makes them the official shoe of summer fun. Our love affair was reignited over this worshipped Ancient Greek pair we bought two summers ago, and after lots of wear, they are still as shiny and bouncy as the day we bought them. They’ve also sparked many imitations: Alexa’s mom found a great dupe at CVS, and the Gap is making a v. cute version for kids, too! We’ve included jellies of all colors and styles—from faux-braided grecians, flip-flops, thongs and Mary Janes to bedazzled slingbacks and even kitten heels—in our roundup below. If you’re like us, you won’t take yours off ‘til October!

Also! A little PSA for our friends on Nantucket this week: We’ll be at the Veronica Beard store on-island Wednesday, July 15th from 1-3 p.m. to celebrate a very exciting vintage collection we’ve created for them that’s inspired by Nantucket summers past (including all the things we loved wearing as teens!).
