This month I’m sharing a transmission, an energetic wake-up for those times where we have fallen asleep at the Wheel of our Life.
Life becomes beautiful when we go for the Big Version, the one where we step forward into our dreams now, without waiting for the perfect moment or circumstances.
This path requires courage, a hero’s journey. It is not without fear or hardship, but it will feel deeply your own, made just for you.
Now is the moment, only you can unfold your dreams
I’m writing to you from the end of a short vacation in Paris, sitting along the sparkling banks of the Seine on a breezy late August day. 16 years since my last visit, I’ve returned to Paris, receiving the gifts of moving with the ripples and going for my Big Life. The message comes through, simple and clear - do not wait.
I used to think anything was possible, that it was never too late to live out a dream, to make it happen no matter your age.
The aches of life have shown me otherwise. It can become too-late.
Our bodies age, our minds slow down. We won’t always have the energy we do now. We don’t know how long we’re here, or if we’ll get that chance.
Our human life has limits. That’s part of what makes life so precious and immense.
This is the soul’s way, the heart path. The one where you are go for it, all of it.
You won’t know every step along the way yet, and you won’t know if it’ll work out.
No matter how illogical it may seem to others. Even if you don’t know exactly where you’ll end up or how you’re going to get there.
Don’t wait for the perfect circumstances, or for when you have more time or capacity. Build and create and fail and get up again as you do all the other things. Learn and become along the way.
Just follow the next intuition you have, the next step towards the thing you want to create in this life.
Your heart knows what you deeply want, what has always been yours.
Hold on and keep your eyes open, for I promise you’ll find help along the way. Life is on your side. It tends to step up and meet us when we are bold and brave.
So go for it. Go for it now.
Go for your big life, for your soul’s dream, while you live the rest of your life.
During the laundry and the kids and the emails and the feeling that there is never quite enough time.
There is always time, for the things that truly matter.
And if something fails, if you’re not getting results yet - that’s ok.
Anything real requires a depth of commitment and endurance, of showing up again and being willing to grow and learn how to do things better. That’s what we're here for.
Keep going. Try again and again. Don’t let go until your soul is content, until you are at peace in your heart.
This precious life is yours. Make it big, make it your own.
