The big NFA decision was a great show of what is possible when organizations and companies get together for the good of the people. BUT it also revealed something glaringly wrong in men today and yesterday (8/13/26) spoke volumes to that… And I'm probably going to catch some flak for it.
But fuck it, here we go anyways….
First off, the photo above shows the rampant consumerism that has consumed the average adult male. Waiting in line less than 24 hours after being “allowed” to purchase that said can without submitting a Form 4. It's akin to women rushing to the mall because there is a sale at their favorite shoe or handbag store. Our fathers wouldn't be acting like this and I'm damn sure our grandfather's wouldn't be conducting themselves like this.
Secondly, the negative and derogatory online comments towards LGS’s that are waiting for clarification and direction before foregoing the Form 1’s and Form 4’s to protect their families, businesses, and customers is revealing of the type of men these guys are. To bash an LGS because he wants to be absolutely sure of the new process, legalities, and risks before moving forward is just wrong and reveals their true character.
Lastly, guys, this issue isn't over and the DOJ and ATF hasn't had their final say in the matter. Their silence on it doesn't mean the issue is over, they just haven't decided which way to move on this. But believe me when I say that they're definitely watching how we are reacting to it, and a bunch of guys are acting like bitches right now.
Dudes, we’ve all been guilty of the effects of consumerism one way or the other, none of us are immune to it. But guys, lets be better than what society is trying to make us become. Lets stop falling for the trap.
