Let’s process JUNE, shall we? Here’s a time-lapse of my pages in action!
This is where I ended up!
JUNE!
I checked in with my creative streaks for the half-year mark and put them in my workbook in a card pocket.
Shutterbean: blogging since 2007 — 19 years
My Everyday Life: weekly photo documentation since 2011 — 15 years
I Love Lists: weekly lists since 2011 — 15 years
Currently: monthly check-ins since 2016 — 10 years
Intentions for the Week: weekly planning since 2017 — 9 years
Currently Workbook: completing one each year since 2019 — 7 years
Self Check-In: gathering every Sunday since February 2024 — over 2 years
I like to give myself credit mid year when I have accidentally convinced myself that I haven’t done enough.
My Summer tarot card pull! The theme for this summer is THE MOON. I wrote notes, printed out cards and tucked them into my workbook.
All my tiny little joys for June:
You can read about my Tiny Little Joys practice (thanks to my friend MC!) here.
All the times I moved my body in June (tracked with my monthly printable)

CURRENTLY!
All the good things!
CURRENTLY:
Let’s get into it!
My episode on Paper People came out this month. I loved chatting with Ammie Y’all about all the things! Thank you to all who watched. People who love paper and pens are good people!
June was a wildly CREATIVE month. I put together Summer collage kits which sold out really fast (thank you!) on my Etsy shop.
I love how they turned out, and I am going to be playing with them in my July spread this month.
I am collaborating with The Hivery this summer on some fun craft nights!
Our first event was French Riviera themed, and I had to mock up some photos for the event. My dining room exploded in a good way:
The vision:
The execution!
We had such a good time! What an incredible feeling to be around women who were happy to play with paints again! The first of many fun nights in the future!
My friend Lisa is an incredible interior designer, and in June I helped prep one of her projects for a photoshoot. The whole experience was a feast for the eyes, and I loved working alongside so many talented women. I left feeling completely inspired. It made me look at my house differently afterward.
I also taught a fun group of women how to make zines at another lady's summer arts & crafts night with The Wiser Me in Mill Valley.
Here’s my prep for that evening.
And then I prepped to host my Half Year Reset workshop, which helped me check in with myself and what I’ve worked on so far this year.
My brain was tired in a good way!
It was a beautiful month!

pages from my Hobonichi cousin for I LOVE LISTS this month:
I have had this song stuck in my head because I’ve been playing it so much.
I blame Fitness Marshall for it! I did this dance a bunch this month.
Also loving this one again:
Found this one through a mix and LOVE it.
I shared one of my favorite fruit salads this month on Shutterbean!
Here’s the recipe:
I am experimenting with making tepache.
I had to feed just myself for a week (boys on a baseball trip) and so I lived that baked potato life.
Went through a pesto pasta phase.
And then the boys came home and it was back to regular scheduled programming.
