“The body knows what’s here for us, what’s coming, and what we can do and when we can actually do it. When we go against our body’s knowing: we suffer.”

“Any suffering you’ve experienced is not wasted... The healing that you want, wants you just as much if not more.”

“It’s crazy. It’s unreasonable. It’s impossible. Yes to all of the above. And this is the level of ferality, of being evermore feral, that is asked of us. That is wanted for us.”
