"Before I was diagnosed with breast cancer in my early 30s, there were signs that something in my body wasn’t quite right. I remember feeling profoundly fatigued, but I explained it away the same way so many of us do. Surely, this will just go away, right?"

Our dentists would be proud! These electric toothbrushes are as powerful as they are cute on our counters.

"Lately I have been obsessed with Go Macro's organic protein and nutrition bars, which are full of thoughtful ingredients to give you a boost of energy, fiber, and protein — without a bunch of sugar! They are perfect for a pre- or post-workout snack, or a quick on-the-go breakfast for those mornings when there's barely time for coffee. A personal favorite is their Macrosquares, especially the Berry White Chocolate + Sea Salt flavor." [Check them out]

A Reader Comment We Love:

You go girl! I am struggling with the same thing, figuring out who I am. I lived my life for others, setting aside my needs for far too long. The thing that is really hard for me is that a lot of my family and friends are also struggling, or recovering, and are not able to share the load… a lot of people are very focused on theirselves. They keep telling me to learn to say no, but if I ask them to help me with something (small things even) they say no (and be proud of it, like they are a great example). Do you have any tips on handling this?” - It’s always a tough and ongoing balance to find, we encourage you to communicate about your needs and other’s boundaries when you can! Sending hugs, xx
