Hello GenZ HR Family,
For the past few months, you’ve probably seen us talk about Talent Factory.
You’ve seen the announcements, you’ve seen us talk about the vision, you’ve probably seen us say “something big is coming.”
Well… it’s finally here. 💚
After two years of building, dreaming, planning and asking ourselves “what if we built HR education differently?”, we officially opened the doors to Talent Factory and on Saturday, we welcomed the very first people who will experience that vision.
Our first 50 Fellows have officially been matriculated into Talent Factory. They are the first people stepping into an experience built around something we believe deeply:
You shouldn’t have to choose between learning and experience. We believe you should be able to learn from people actually doing the work, apply what you’re learning, build relationships with ambitious professionals, gain practical experience and get closer to the opportunities you’re working towards.
That’s why Talent Factory isn’t just another programme where you collect a certificate and are left to figure out the rest.
We’re building an ecosystem, a place to learn, practise, connect and grow and on Saturday, we got to see the beginning of it.
Cohort 1 has started, but Cohort 2 applications are currently open and they’re closing soon. So if you’ve been following Talent Factory, wondering what we’re building, waiting to see whether it was actually happening, or simply telling yourself “I’ll apply later”… this is your sign.
Cohort 1 is already in the classroom, learning from practitioners, asking questions, building relationships and getting practical.
