The Light Body is the crystalline, multidimensional structure that projects our consciousness through a holographic template that generates the physical manifestations we experience within this physical reality.
It’s comprised of many interwoven layers of electromagnetic frequency (light and sound waves) that make up the ‘consciousness intelligence identities’ (aspects of self) that function in each dimensional layer that exists within the Universal Time Matrix.
The Light Body is the “holder” of our consciousness record and identities throughout time, and it holds the living light code of our blueprint structure - our soul’s original frequency.
It also maintains our direct connection and communication with our higher aspects of self or Source.
The Light Body operates within and until the 9th Density (when referring to the Spectrum of Frequency model). Once monadic integration takes place (i.e. the stabilising of 7D-9D frequencies of consciousness), the Light Body begins to operate in seamless collaboration with our human system, resulting in clarity of signal between our soul’s blueprint and our physical manifestation.
Beyond the 9th density, we exist as pure liquid light plasma.

The Light Body is the multidimensional crystalline architecture that holds and projects consciousness through a holographic blueprint, shaping our physical reality while maintaining our connection to higher intelligence, higher identity and Source.
The Light Body is the structure required to house the electromagnetic energies or information of the Soul-Monad bodies (refer to Spectrum of Frequency diagram) in order to connect them with the physical layer of the human body.
Electrical impulses are generated from the Light Body via the Nadial System, which serves as the “carrier” of information (light) from our higher aspects into our physical expressions.
The Nadial System is the energetic blueprint for our physical body’s central nervous system (CNS).
It’s made up of a complex webbing of energetic receivers and energetic transmitters that are essential to the interconnected messaging functions within the various layers of consciousness.
When this communication from the Soul-Monad level is working between the Light Body and the CNS via the Nadial System, these higher frequencies then signal into the nerve cells and brain of our physical bodies.
The nerve cells build new biological neural networks which instruct the brain and spiritual intelligence to connect the energetic circuitry required to grow the human electromagnetic field, i.e. more of someone’s energetic architecture “coming online”.
In Summary:
The Light Body (together with the Nadial System) is the multidimensional energetic communication architecture that translates and transmits consciousness, intelligence and frequency from higher levels of being into the human nervous system and physical body, allowing higher aspects of the self to interface with and progressively influence our human reality.
As more of the Light Body comes online, you may have experiences such as:
sudden insights arriving without mental effort
a deeper sense of inner knowing that feels different from thought
heightened sensitivity to environments, people and frequencies
periods of profound fatigue followed by expanded clarity
old identities and patterns feeling increasingly difficult to maintain
a sense that reality itself is becoming more responsive and interconnected
While these experiences can be interpreted in many ways, within this framework they can be understood as the gradual strengthening of communication between the Light Body, Nadial System, nervous system and physical body.
Light Body development is ultimately a process of increasing coherence between the soul’s original blueprint and its human expression.
