We can all feel the destabilisation. It’s happening in real time - both collectively in our shared reality and individually within our own lives.
And we are in the thick of it.
In order to support Earth’s ascension into a higher bandwidth of consciousness - as she moves from a 3rd density into a 5th density planet - the energetic architecture that upholds our physical reality is undergoing a major recalibration.
For higher consciousness to become available, Earth’s energetic systems must be able to hold and stabilise these frequencies.
This is the return of the True Earth architecture - the original design of this planet that has always existed, but was hidden beneath layers of distortion (what some refer to as the “false matrix”).
The fundamental principle of the universe is evolution. It’s always expanding - infinitely and endlessly. There is no true beginning and no end.
And so, the natural movement of life is always toward expansion.
However, through these overlays of distortion, humanity has been looping within 3D consciousness - patterns of separation, lack and victimhood.
These are not “wrong.” They simply belong to a particular bandwidth of consciousness that has allowed us, as fractals of Source, to learn, experience and evolve.
But our natural evolutionary path has been constrained and the time has come for these overlays to dissolve.
Earth herself is undergoing a profound awakening, realigning with her original design - that of a 5D consciousness bandwidth.
And because we are not separate from her, we are undergoing the same process.
Right now, Earth’s solar plexus is in the midst of a deep recalibration as its original architecture comes back into harmonic alignment.
And yes - Earth has a chakra system, just as we do.
Everything is a microcosm of the macrocosm.
As above, so below.
It is all interconnected.
As her solar plexus recalibrates, energetic circuits reconnect, restoring the coherent flow of light (living information) and as this coherence returns, anything that is not aligned with it begins to dissolve.
Distortion cannot hold within coherence.
Which means these patterns can no longer play out in our lived reality.
The solar plexus governs identity and power.
It holds templates and codes for how we perceive ourselves (through the ego), how we relate to power, and how we express life force - creation energy.
Up until now, the dominant templates available to us have been rooted in distortion, keeping us looping in patterns such as:
Separation identity — the belief that we are separate from one another and from Earth
Lack — a constant sense of “not enough,” always striving but never arriving
Victimisation — placing responsibility for our experience outside of ourselves
Externalisation — seeking answers, validation, and direction outside of ourselves
Power-over dynamics — equating success with control or dominance
Force — believing we must push, strive, and struggle to create
Sound familiar?
Our entire reality has been structured around these narratives and we’ve come to accept them as normal.
But this is changing.
These templates, these old ways of doing things, are no longer sustainable because they are not coherent with the frequency we are moving into.
This is the destabilisation we are currently experiencing.
And it feels scary and unsettling, because it’s the only system we’ve known up until this point.
As Earth’s solar plexus recalibrates, our own solar plexus undergoes the same process. It’s both simultaneous and reciprocal.
As we come into coherence, we influence Earth - and as Earth comes into coherence, she influences us.
Because we are not separate. We are expressions of her.
This is why we are collectively re-evaluating identity and our relationship to power.
You may be experiencing:
A shedding of identity - feeling like who you were is not who you are anymore, and who you are becoming is not yet clear.
Old ways of operating no longer working, often accompanied by fatigue.
The collapse of structures that once brought safety or meaning.
A withdrawal of energy from external sources.
Questioning authority or people you once relied on for guidance/direction.
Increased sensitivity to control or external pressure.
Confusion, disorientation or uncertainty.
This is not dysfunction or “things going wrong”. It’s recalibration.
And this process is being amplified by the current astrological field.
We’re in Aries season - the archetype of identity, power, life force and forward momentum - with multiple planetary placements activating this energy.
This includes two slower moving planets – Saturn and Neptune – who’s coming together in Aries is allowing for the soul to be embodied in the physical.
For the unseen to become seen. For what’s true to emerge. For the original design to become expressed.
For Earth, and for us.
And while this process may feel intense, it’s also extraordinary.
We are witnessing - and participating in - the recalibration of reality itself.
So what is being asked of us?
To allow.
The more we resist, the more friction we create.
Allow what is no longer aligned to fall away.
Honour what has brought you here.
Lean into the unknown.
Trust the unfolding.
Because you are not separate from it. YOU are the creator of your reality and your soul chose to be here for this exact moment.
Often what feels like destabilisation is really a recalibration into deeper coherence, but it’s rarely visible while you are inside it.
So soften.
Surrender.
Trust.
We are literally reweaving a new way of being - together.

Earth is undergoing a major energetic recalibration as part of a broader shift in consciousness.
