“We had decided to wait until our baby was born to find out the sex, but I accidentally saw on a lab report. I’ve never told him I knew we were having a boy- it’s been 6 years.”

“Maybe it's pregnancy, but I currently can't stand my husband, absolutely cannot stand my in laws, and currently only like my toddler. Putting the family chat on mute and pretending it's just me and my toddler living our best lives.”

“I couldn’t breastfeed with my first and now our second child is a week old and she won’t get off my nipple!! I’m so grateful to be able to breastfeed this time around but it doesn’t make me any less exhausted.”

“The “dad bod” conversation is interesting because sometimes it isn’t really about weight at all. It’s about what can happen when adulthood becomes increasingly sedentary—desk all day, car everywhere, TV at home, every outing centered around food, and very little intentional movement.

Bodies change. That’s normal. But there’s a difference between a changing body and losing the desire to do things. Attraction is also about energy, vitality, discipline, and willingness to experience life.

I genuinely admire dads and married men who still prioritize their health and physical fitness—not because they need six-packs, but because caring for yourself while balancing work, marriage, children, and responsibilities takes intention.

Sometimes what people are missing isn’t a perfect body. It’s an active, engaged partner who still values taking care of himself.”
