In my work with leaders and managers I frequently find myself getting back to this topic.
On one had, this may seem a “trivial” problem. “Time management? Just make a list and put some stuff in the calendar bro. It’s not that deep”, one might say.
It sounds simple, but it’s not. And it’s not just “a list”. A lot of people struggle with it, because it’s a potent combination of confusing priorities, intense pressure, ever changing circumstances, difficult communication, tense relationships and chaotic work environments that can bring even the most organized among us to our knees if we’re not careful.
