Names evolve as the work evolves.
What began as The Daily Practice Space — Comfortably Uncomfortable is now simply returning to The Daily Practice Space.
You may notice some subtle changes — new colors, images, a slightly different feel. They simply make visible what has already been changing.
The topics remain the same. Paying attention to change and how I am managing it. Those spaces in between. What I am learning as I navigate life.
It feels cleaner. More spacious. More aligned with who I am now and the current chapter I am living in.
You don’t need to do anything. If you’re here, you’re already a part of it.
